Pricing

  • Currency used is SGD, Singapore Dollar.
  • Don’t worry, we absorbed the GST. All prices stated are final.
  • Net prices means after all discounts / sales.
Local

Singapore Only:

  • For orders ≥ $35 net & above^ in a transaction, we offer free domestic courier.*
  • For orders ≤ $34.99 net^, top up $4.50 for courier. Estimates 3 working days except festive period.

^Net price is the amount after all discounts, excludes shipping cost.

*All services are not available to P.O. Box and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

– Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there will be no changes on the delivery details. Please double check your delivery address and contact.

-All couriers are via 3rd party. We can’t promise the day and time of the delivery especially during festive period.

-If its our side that has run out of stocks after your payment, we will refund back the balance and will proceed with courier.

-Should you need special arrangement or request, do contact us and we will try to assist.

Overseas

No minimum purchase amount for overseas purchase.

We are unable to put international shipping cost as it varies from countries. You can click and add the items in the cart and see the weight. Then go to Singapore Post website, www.singpost.com/rate-calculator , input country & weight to have an estimation of the shipping cost. 

Or you are email us at clawsNpaw@outlook.com , stating the items & quantities together with your country. We will check out the most economical shipping cost and will advise on the payment mode. 

Note: Please check customs at your end if your preferred items can ship to your country.

Payment Modes

You can choose to pay by Visa, Master, Alipay, Wechat Pay, GrabPay & PayNow. For PayNow, we will rebate 1% off total bill, excludes courier and promo items.

However any changes or cancellation after payment, will incurr 5% admin charges of total bill by Strip payment processing platform which is irreversable.

We do not keep any of your particulars for all payment modes.

Personal Information

We will only keep your name, contact and email when you purchase (for the time being). We will drop you a message at times to update of any promotions. We do not sell or give your details to others so you can shop in ease.

Refunds/Returns

We can only accept exchange or return due to suppliers/ manufacturers defects within 7 days upon delivery. If 7 days have passed after the delivery, there is strictly no refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable or refunds items:

  • Sales/ promotion items
  • Food that your pets do not like or have allergies (ingredients are stated clearly).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

For exchange/return, do send us an email with photographs to clawsNpaw@outlook.com . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us after you have contacted and informed us about it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For refunds, there will be a processing/admin charges @ 5% of the item amount for item refund OR 5% of total bill for full purchase including shipping cost.
